How to get into Flow?

How to get into flow? That kind of focus in the mind that feels amazing!

See if you can get totally immersed by the thing you’re paying attention to. Reading, writing, music, sports, arts, being with friends, family, or loved ones, and even work (call it play instead!). It feels good to commit our full attention to one thing at a time.

Next time you’re with a friend or listening to your favorite song, take a break from thinking about your problems and instead deliberately bring all of your body’s attention to the sounds and sights of the moment.

Flow is one of the secrets to happiness!
